A shipping and handling charge of 12% with a $4.00 minimum will be added to all U.S. orders billed on an open account. If payment by check accompanies U.S. orders, total shipping and handling charges will be only $4.00. Payments by check must be mailed in with your order.

U.S. Customers: Should you require next day or second day delivery, the following charges will apply: Two Day Air will be 15% of the total with a $20.00 minimum and Next Day Air will be 20% of the total with a $25.00 minimum charge.

Canadian Air Mail will be 15% of the order with a $20.00 minimum shipping charge.
